Attracting Candidates
Ads are composed by our staff using a cost effective format with a goal of maximum applicant response; using current mediums to attract candidates.
Evaluating Candidates
The length of the screening/evaluation process can vary with the type of position, applicant pool, salary offered, etc. We use multiple assessments to evaluate the soft and hard skills of prospective candidates. Background checking and reference checking are a crucial element to achieving a comprehensive candidate profile. In some instances we have successfully screened, evaluated, and recommended candidates within three days or have required months to complete a job. Both of these time frames should be considered extreme and exceptions to normal response time. ON AVERAGE, we have scheduled candidates for client interview within three weeks of running the classified ad.
Client Interview
More often than not the search for a candidate possessing the necessary job skills coupled with the personality traits required for a given position will result in one outstanding candidate. On occasion, more than one equally qualified candidate may be found. If this happens, the client will have the opportunity to interview all qualified candidates.
